I had an amazing stay at NIMA. It is a literal paradise in the center of bustling Mexico City. The unmarked door really allows the hotel to blend in with the city. I was greeted by the amazing staff and given a refreshing mint drink upon my arrival. I was shown to my room on the top floor which was fantastic.
It was one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in, there were automatic curtains (I think it is the coolest when hotels have this!), and there was even Netflix on the TV. My room looked out at the glass roof of the hotel, and across the walkway was a lovely outdoor lounge.
I ordered a great roast beef sandwich for dinner and for breakfast I had scrambled eggs served with fruit and a side of refried beans that was just amazing. I loved talking with Carolina while eating breakfast!
I had a really early departure on my second day and the chef greeted me early with a packed breakfast to go - it was so thoughtful! I could not have had a better stay at NIMA - it is one of my favorite hotel experiences that I have ever had. From the incredible staff to the amazing decor, I cannot recommend NIMA enough!
